led on programme implementation for the USAID funded BACET project (Building Agribusiness Capacity in East Timor), working with three agricultural colleges in Timor‐Leste to develop and implement an innovative and appropriate curriculum for agribusiness. This curriculum, and package of learning and teaching materials, is the first of its kind in Timor‐Leste and forms the basis of the government’s new agricultural vocational education standards. 

Founder & Director, Cheeky Monkeys Early Learning Centre and Little Stars Early Learning Centre, Bali, Indonesia. 2004 – 2009.

Inspired by the need for a creative, holistic and stimulating learning environment for children that sets and promotes best practice, I established a pre-school and Kindergarten Bali, Indonesia – using a combination of the Indonesian and British curriculum. As the Director I was responsible for the overall leadership, and day‐to‐day management, of the foundations and was the creative force behind the design and delivery of the school’s educational philosophy and principles. Employing 16 staff with enrolment of 100 students.
